With less than two weeks notice we were asked to put together a corporate live-stream package that would allow the board of directors to hold a meeting for their 2-3 thousand employees. 

SCOR would regularly hold meetings at their various offices, this one taking place a stone’s throw from Tower Bridge in London. However, on this occasion they wanted to take a less formal approach with their employees where they could hold an Q&A session. 

We worked with SCOR‘s technical team to integrate our stream with their Microsoft Teams system so we could seamlessly switch between on-screen graphics and shots of the directors. We used a variety of audio systems to ensure there was crystal clear audio, no matter who was speaking.
